OUR MISSION
is to serve and give back to the communities that made us. The Point Loma and Ocean Beach area is made up of multiple small communities that have helped shape many generations. We are a family owned barbershop with a goal to do the same. Our lead Barber is a PLHS Alumni, raised in Ocean Beach. He started this project with hopes of helping groom and shape young students while offering discounted rates for those students that give 110%. Each month RVBC will offer a discounted promotion for students who excel in multiple categories including athletics, academics, and visual arts. Roseville is more than just a barber shop….
Roseville is the oldest settled part of Point Loma, and is named for its developer, San Diego pioneer Louis Rose. Rose bought the area in 1866, laid out streets, and built a wharf and a hotel. For a time, Roseville functioned as a separate city from San Diego. Today Roseville serves as part of Point Loma’s history and is only known by few. We are here to change that.
